If you have reasons to believe that one of your clients has an injury to the chest or has a respiratory illness that may be compensable or for which litigation is a possibility, Professor Bryant is more than happy to see such persons and is in a position to offer prompt and unbiased medico-legal reports in a minimum time frame at competitive rates. He has had extensive experience in the preparation of medico-legal reports on all aspects of lung disease, has made numerous appearances in court as an expert witness, and is happy to discuss aspects of cases with the attending solicitors and barristers. This service is available as a preliminary discussion prior to the request for a report or at later stages in a matter as the need arises.

If clients are too unwell to come to Professor Bryant’s Office, he is happy to conduct an interview by telephone or to visit clients in their home or in hospital.
